Welcome to MxD3 (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All MxD3 footwear is handcrafted using premium materials. While we make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, slight variations may occur due to lighting, materials, and screen settings. All products are subject to availability.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes unless expressly stated. These are borne by the customer. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or request additional verification. You will be notified if any changes affect your order.
Certain products may be offered on a made-to-order basis. By placing such an order, you acknowledge that production timelines are approximately 8–15 calendar days, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, and returns may be limited or not permitted except in cases of defects.
We deliver both locally and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, or other external factors. MxD3 is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Certain items may be non-returnable. Customers are advised to review the policy before placing an order.
Where products are purchased as gifts, customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information. MxD3 is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details.
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, text, and trademarks, is the property of MxD3. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MxD3 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third-party couriers, customs-related delays or charges, or misuse of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Our liability is strictly limited to the individual who purchased the product directly from MxD3. We shall not be liable to any third party, including but not limited to gift recipients or beneficiaries, for any claims arising from the use, delivery, or performance of our products.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. A written notice must be issued and both parties shall engage for at least 14 days. If unresolved, the parties may proceed to mediation before litigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this website.
